People's Bank Barkley

Peoples Bank, Barkley District, is the corporate headquarters for this Bellingham-based banking corporation. The Philbin Group designed the landscape to subtly frame and accentuate the building’s bold architecture. Selection and placement of the tree groves create dynamic seasonal interest, with strong massing of flowing shrub and ground covers unifying the ground plane.
