Leeward Condominiums

Leeward is a two-phased project situated on bluffs near the ferry terminal in Anacortes. The proposed development contains a hotel, restaurant, condominiums, a multifamily building, and single family homes. Our scope of work has included site analysis, tree preservation, trail connectivity, landscape master plans of all common areas, streetscape design, and detailed planting plans. The Philbin Group has worked extensively with the City of Anacortes to comply with the shoreline regulations of the area.
