Lopez Island Housing Options is a retirement community for seniors who desire unique housing choices. The Philbin Group worked to meet the client's desires to create a design that reflects the eclectic character of Lopez Island while providing spaces for socializing, privacy, and walking. A plant palette native to the island was utilized in order to incorporate the development into the community and natural environment.
