Fairhaven Harbor Condominiums

Located in the historic Fairhaven District of Bellingham, Fairhaven Harbor Condominiums will be constructed adjacent to Padden Creek and the existing interurban trail. Creekside revegetation and trail linkages were part of the early design process. Streetscape and common area design over a structural slab are still under refinement. A large courtyard with private access to the individual units is designed to act as a central core to the building.
