The Reserve

The Philbin Group worked with developers to create desirable building lots for a residential development in North Whatcom County. We completed a thorough site analysis in order to develop a large scale grading plan. Through enhancement of natural terrain, we selected potential building sites, and designed a plant palette of large trees to create visual separation between building lots. Entry announcements were also explored to aid in the marketing of these lots. For the client’s visualization, we created 3-D computer models of proposed grading, plantings, and perspectives of entry designs.
