1010 Morse Square Tower

The Philbin Group coordinated with architects and engineers to design a roof garden for the proposed Morse Square Tower in downtown Bellingham. Complex structural and drainage issues dealing with roof gardens were extensively reviewed and revisited. We proposed several design alternatives for the project, making the most of the expansive views and separation of public and private spaces.
