Walton Family Housing

The Philbin Group worked closely with the client and coordinated with a diverse consultant team on both project phases of Walton Family Housing on State Street. Our scope included streetscape design, site landscape, irrigation design, and roof garden landscape design incorporating play areas and container pea patches w/ rain water cistern irrigation systems. Phase Two was designed in accordance with the Evergreen Green Communities Criteria requiring native planting and water conserving irrigation design throughout the site. Phase One completed construction Fall 2009. Phase Two is currently under construction.
