Capitol Hill Residence

Nestled in the heart of Seattle, this existing residence is a collaboration of old and new. The backdrop for this lush garden retreat was a true inspiration for art and function. By creating separate spaces we were able to achieve the perfect balance of art and landscape. This residence has an everlasting combination of stone work, from a granite pedestrian bridge to a wonderful water feature, all of which reflect the timelessness of the residence. The stone work seems to melt into the abundant vegetation, from massing of perennials to single specimen trees, creating a truly memorable place.
