Island View Residence

The Philbin Group worked through constraints posed by a steep site and rock outcroppings. We successfully met these constraints with a creative design that incorporates terraced lawn for family recreation and outdoor spaces that take in the beautiful view. The hillside is stabilized with swaths of colorful plantings for year-round interest.
